1. Agreement to Terms

3. Client Engagement & Discovery Calls

All projects begin with a no-obligation discovery call. Booking a call does not commit you to purchase any service. A formal engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement or proposal that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes: All pricing discussed on the Site (including phrases such as "starts at $2,500") is indicative and subject to the scope of each individual project. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed proposal.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the website or deliverables go live, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
  • Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 14 days of their due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines (e.g., 6–8 weeks for website projects) are provided in good faith. Actual delivery depends on timely receipt of content, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by the client do not constitute grounds for a refund or discount.

6. Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to:

  • Provide all requested content (photos, copy, branding assets, credentials) within the timeframes outlined in the project plan.
  • Respond to review rounds and requests for feedback within 5 business days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Ensure that all content you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all ownership of the text, images, logos, and other materials you provide to us.
  • Our Work: Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you an irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use all custom design, code, and creative work produced for your project. The finished website is an asset you own.
  • Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display your completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials (including screenshots, testimonials, and results data) unless you request otherwise in writing.
  • Third-Party Assets: Any stock photography, fonts, or third-party plugins used in your project are subject to their respective license terms.

8. Results & Disclaimers

Our Site may feature case studies, testimonials, and statistics (e.g., "$100K+ in qualified leads in 6 weeks"). These represent specific client outcomes and are not a guarantee of results for every client. Results vary based on market, location, competition, business operations, and other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, lead volume, or revenue figures. We commit to applying our proven strategies and best efforts to every project.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any project work has started (after signing and payment), you may receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • After Work Begins: Once design or development has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel mid-project, you will be billed for all work completed to date.
  • Completed Projects: No refunds are issued once a project has been delivered and approved by the client.

10. Website Hosting & Maintenance

If you engage us for ongoing hosting or maintenance services, those are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your agreement. Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all files and access needed for you to migrate your website.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Local Leads, its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Local Leads, its owner Jacob Jones, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Content you provide to us that infringes third-party rights.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your use of the website or deliverables we create for you.

13. Use of the Site

When using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Copy, reproduce, or scrape any content, designs, or code from the Site without our written consent.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.
